Title: Voltage Reading for a Spectrophotometer
Post by: cncbmb on July 31, 2009, 09:32:25 AM
I've never seen the equation in the box in this image: http://img65.imageshack.us/img65/9045/voltagespect.gif

I searched for spectrophotometer calcluations but mainly found Beer's law stuff. Where does this equation come from, and where would be a good place to read about this specific equation?

Write Nerns't equation for potential of the chloride ion selective electrode, solve for [Cl-].
