 I am an ph.D focusd on crystral.  my enzyme catalytic nitroethane, nitropropane, and other  nitroalkane. I should cocrystrallizate  enzyme and substrate analogues or  competitive inhibitors to find active sites.But I do not know what kind of material to choose as the object analogues, It confused me so long time. thank for your help.
