pOH = 4.5
pH = 9.5
Shouldn't the -log3.6x10^-6 be 5.44 instead? Is he or I wrong in this?

You are right. Probably a typo or something like that, correct answer is around 8.5

-6
is 5.44
but
-log3.6x10
-5
is 4.44
and
-log3.
5

is 4.45
