Hi everyone,
I'm wondering if its possible to design a molecule that re-arrange on an electromagnetic (non-visible and radio) signal, and revert back to original structure when signal stops.

Radio waves, not likely. Their energy isn't even high enough to stretch bonds (that starts in the IR range). Maybe if strong enough they will just cause rotation of the parts of the molecule, but these are parts that are free to rotate where no bond breaking is involved (such as a -CH3 group).
