The equation of EDTA with M2+ (Mg or Ca) is:

M2+ (aq) + Y4- (aq)  :rarrow: MY2-

You got to have:

V(brine) = ?
(Dilution factor = ?)
c(EDTA) = ?
V(EDTA) = ?
