Sodium is found everywhere. The main source is salt sodiumchloride NaCl. Refer to books and websides.

Sodium react with water and creates hydrogen. During tis process its getting very hot and ignite the hydrogen.
But this you can find if you look your self in gogle, wiki, etc.

Sodium is in fruit and wedgetable, but also animals. Molar Mass ~ 23 g/mol number 11
