Mass of Copper

I have no idea what I did wrong.  My answer came out to be 45.8 g.
Did anyone get the same?

Calculate the mass of copper (8.96 g/mL) which occupies the same volume as 75.0 g of magnesium (1.74 g/mL).

Show how you get there. Answer is abviously wrong - copper density is higher than magnesium density, so the same volume must weight more, not less.

and also you might wanna calculate the volume first for Mg so you know what the volume would be and from there remember the density equation ?

Ok disregard my answer....it was a typo....

The answer i came up with is 386 grams.

The volume of Mg is 43.1 mL....Since they occupy the same volume,
Mass Copper= D x V
mass copper = 8.96 g/mL x 43.1 mL = 386 g

Is that correct?
