How can I write the resonance structures of these unusual species?

The bottom right is 2,4-pentanedione anion. The charge is on oxygen mainly so its a enolate

These are not particularly unusual chemical species.  Resonance delocalization of charge is a stabilizing feature.  Don't exceed eight electrons on C, N, O, or F, and it is difficult to go wrong.

I agree, they are often seen in org. chemistry. There are a lot of knovledge in just the wiki for this basic kind of problems.
