Hi,

I'm doing an assignment on Molecule Models and was hoping to design them on the computer instead of drawing and scanning them in.

I'm finding it very difficult to understand how to draw them using the free programmes on the net. I've tried BKChem and ChemSketch. I also tried Skecthup but that was a total disaster!!!

I'm looking to draw molecules like thishttp://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Jmol1.png and also to show bonds like: H-O-H etc.

I really like ChemSketch. And it can do what you want.

Try watching some of the ChemSketch videos and see if you can learn to use it a little better.
