Title: *delete me*
Post by: struggle101 on January 12, 2008, 09:58:07 AM
Hi I am new to this forum!

In class, we are doing a lab and that is why I need all of  your help. The title of the lab is TURNING COPPER INTO COPPER OXIDE. Purpose: To prove that there is a chemical change in heated substances.

Weight of evaporation: 32.4
First:2.12
Second:26.3

I am having trouble on writing a conclusion as this lab is not clear to me. Please, I am not asking for you all to write it, I just want and explanation from anyone who is familiar with this.

Thanks so much! ;)

Writing a conclusion is something that should have been discussed in class.  Let's try to work with what you have:

Assume the purpose is a hypothesis.
What did you start with?
What did you do?
What changed?
How does that match your hypothesis?

Write the answers out in outline form like I wrote the questions, and see if a conclusion flows together.
