Title: Organometallic Chemistry

I am a graduate Student and i want to study Organometallic Chemistry but i am confused about from where start, so that i make my career in research.
Guide me and help me , i am really confused. Also please send me some study material if anybody have.

Firstly you must decide which area you wish to study. Then look at the recent literature and see who does this sort of research. Write to them and see if they will offer you a study place to do research. Choose several groups to write to.
Sorry I have no study material.
