In theory, on paper, yes...in "real life" synthesis you have to try to prepare it and see will it work...maybe you shoul firstly protect OH group of carboxylic acid because it is reactive and something could happen to it in process of preparation of Grignard reagent.

Think about what functional groups Grignard reagents react with. You cannot make a Girgnard reagent that contains these groups.
