Hey there my science friends, do you guys know how do I visualize Macro model trajectory with Maestro???
First I added solvatation box of water (PBC) with Desmond, than I did minimization with Macro model (minimize water molecules, residues and backbone of protein) and then molecular dynamic simulation with Macro model, now I cant find the way to view my trajectory, can anyone help?  Thank you
