how to determine the pKa of active pharmaceutical ingredient

pls tell me how to determine the pKa of a active pharmaceutical ingredient. how will i determine on pH meter and what procedure should i follow it???

If its a common pharmaceutical, its pKa may have already been determined, and be available to you.  The best place to look is The Merck Index.  If you want to determine it yourself, what you want is a titration.
