Title: Forces in ice and water?
Post by: noob_ on July 16, 2010, 10:22:10 AM
Hi,
could anyone tell me what forces must be overcome in ice to melt it?
I know that water molecules in ice are more widely spaced than in liquid water which causes it to have a lower density.
