Effect of temperature on yeast fermentation

How does temperature affect anaerobic yeast fermentation???

If i used different water baths for yeast and sugar to ferment

which temp will be best (optimal)

10 ºC, 35 ºC or 100 ºC

Nice question but it still does not solve the problem

I think the question I asked was enough of a nudge to at least exclude one of the options.  Most living things die at the boiling point of water, most chemical reactions, that rely on liquid water, tend to fail while the water is rapidly vaporizing, n'est pas?.  The real answer was either investigated by the O.P or was in the textbook, a little nudge may have been all that was needed.  You're (generally) not allowed to use Wikipedia on an examination, and if you use it in industry, people just point and laugh. :D

I use anaerobic yeast fermentation on my aquariums to promote plant growth and there is a noticeable increase in metabolic rate from 20c to 30c
