Title: t-Butyl sulfinamide stability

Hello,

Does anyone know how stable sulfinamides are in vivo? Specifically, molecules such as Ellman's t-butyl sulfinamide. How does their stability compare to sulfoxides? Do they get oxidized in vivo?  Are they at least stable in water?
