Any books on Vitamin and mineral blood concentration testing?

Hi are there any good books (for dietitians) on how to test vitamin and mineral concentration levels in the blood? I could imagine it would be Medical biochemistry and perhaps some hematology books, but I can't seem to find any on that specific subject.
