does anyone have any information, articles etc.. about kinetics of Li, Na, K ions intercalation into molybdenum oxide layers?? Please share

Here's a reference to reversible lithium ion insertion in molybdenum nanoparticles.  http://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1002/adma.200800999/abstract The abstract implies that the mechanism is provided in the paper.
