Title: Risk Assessment on Use of Lead in high school chemistry

Does anyone have a template for a Risk Assessment for high school chemistry,
specifically for use of lead and chromium?

Lead is poisionous, it enter through the skin by concentration gradiant.
Effect-cause mental retardation, cancer if radioactive.
