neoprene adhesive solvent

Anyone know of a solvent that can dissolve 14-24-2 Neoprene adhesive?  I have some here at work that has solidified in a plastic container that I would like to clean out before putting more in.

Any help is appreciated.

Toluene and MEK should work.
