Hello lifebookn,

Ozone can be created, and there are such machines which make ozone. Be careful, ozone is poisonous: see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ozone. Yes, a high voltage discharge creates ozone. Have you ever wondered why the air smells 'fresher' after a thunderstorm? The ozone generated by the lightening has a pleasant smell - but is very toxic.

The above attachment explains more about how ozone is made.

Best wishes,

Eugene

Thank you Mr. Eugene...

I was wondering if I can ask you couple more question.

I was wondering what Hydroperoxyl does. their character and how they interact with other compounds.

Once again Thank you so much for your time

Hello lifebookn,

Hydroperoxyl will react to form free radicals. The free radicals are very reactive. Here is a link which explains a little more about the chemistry involved:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Free_radical

I hope this helps you out.

Best wishes,

Eugene
