When I do a enthalpy of solution lab, the temperature goes down quickly at first, reaches a first lowest point and then goes up a little, and then goes down again and reaches a second low point(higher than the first one) and then goes up slowly

Can this happen? If not what error occurs?
Should the real lowest temperature higher or lower than the first lowest point it reaches?
