Shouldnt Singapore be the safest city to live in?

I always thought Montreal, Canada, has the highest quality of life.

Still then, I'm bored with my life here in Singapore  :-[

haha.. Mitch beats the myth that the typical american is ignorant geographically (with reference to the president bush himself) LOL!

Singapore is an island nation and the city itself. We are that small  :(

I wonder if Ashland, Kentucky is on the quality of life survey.  If it is we are near the bottom  :)
