Look at the different functional groups in each molecule. Decide which is the most polar.
Tell us what you find out.
Development Chemists do it on Scale, Research Chemists just do it!

This is a hard question because they all have some pretty darn polar functional groups and I could even see someone getting the wrong answer for a legitimate reason because there's more than one way to approach this. For example, an acid is more polar than an alcohol, but there's a less polar functional group also on the acid, because the alcohol has an amine also. ETC ETC.

Ultimately you'll have to take the sum of the polarities of the different functional groups and make a judgement call. Kind of a poorly chosen question in my opinion.
