Title: Calculating pI values of proteins

Can someone please offer some help on how to find pI(Isoelectric point) values of proteins or point me to a website that offer some step by step help. Lets assume we have the following protein

Pro-Glu-His-Cys

You need to find out the pKa values of each of the amino acids in your polypeptide.

You need to find out the pKa values of free amino and carboxy groups in your polypeptide
