how to calculate the molar solution?

am doing some research and got confused by some calculations..
as recomended in protocl 20ul of 14.3 M mercaptoethanol shud b used in 1 ml buffer....
i have liquid mercaptoethanol having 78.13 mol. wt.
how much of this meRcapto shud i use for 1 ml buffer..
plz any1 can help me??   ??? :-\

Please use proper English.

Check the mercaptoethanol density - what is the mass of 1L? How many moles is that? How many moles per 1L?
