Title: vapour pressure of pure liquid

When the vapour pressure of a pure liquid equals atmospheric pressure?

a) all of the molecules immediatly evaporate
b)all vapour molecules condense
c)the liquid boils, and the temp stays constant
d)it sublimes to form vapour
