Post by: sueyin01 on May 17, 2015, 01:22:27 AM
Hello, I would like to know what is neutralisation of Eluent using HPLC?
Any one is using this method before?
Can share how to conduct using HPLC?
Thank you. :)

Its hard to understand what you're asking.  As a wild guess, ion-chromatography uses a suppressor column to remove ionic components before reaching the conductivity detector.  That could be what you're talking about, but I can only guess.  With some more specifics, we may be able to help you more.
