Title: wat is the different btw RVP and TVP?

i just wan to ask wat is the different btw RVP(reid vapour pressure) and TVP(true vapour pressure)?

And why we must measure the RVP at temperature of 100F?

Is it the RVP only can meausure the vapour pressure of hydrocarbon?
