KClO + O3 --> KClO3 + O2
If not, can you tell me any reactions to make KClO3 from KClO.

But the problem I want to ask that whether we can make KClO3 from KClO but not by thremolysis.

There are many sites on the internet that tell you how to make that. They are all geared towards pyro/explosives.

It is a very dangerous chemical. I highly recommends you be incredibly careful. I would bet 100's of people lose fingers from explosion when handling that compound every year.
