Title: Searching for an article

I am not sure if this is the right place for this, but I am searching for an article from 1998.  The title is:  "Spectrometric pKa determination of
daphnetin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin" writen by Sauerwald, N., Schwenk, M., Polster, J.and Bengsch, E.

I searched my university library database but had no luck. 
 Anyone knows any good sources for finding this article?

the article is : Spectrometric pK determination of daphnetin, chlorogenic acid and quercetin.

The "a" does infleunce a search a lot.

here is a link, but I dont think you can use this one, because you need to be logged in the school system.

you should try to get the magazin itself , the article isnt viewable on the internet, unless you pay
