are there any chiral centres in nandrolone?

There are six.  Everywhere you see a solid or dashed wedged with a H or OH is a chiral carbon.  Dashed is into the plane and solid is out of the plane.

Generally it's 2^chiral centres. therefore 2^6 = 64
