Title: 1-ethynylcyclopentanol

hi im new to the forum

can anyone help me explain the mechanism of this reaction involving 1-ethynylcyclopentanol

where i think via a trans electrophillic addition reaction the acetylide group is changed to a diene

But 1-ethynylcyclopentanol ist this, without CH3-group

It's a cuprate addition to the alkyne, I'd bet.
