IS THERE ANY POSSIBILITY FOR CIS TRANS CONVERSION FOR ANY OLIEFIEN AFTER FORMING CYCLO HALONIUM ION ?

What do you think? Do e.g. cis and trans 1,2-dimethylcyclopropanes, or 1,2-dimethyloxiranes interconvert? Is this similar enough?
