Title: compounds is not liable to be synthesized

hello, everyone!
I was doing a few issues and i came across with it:
which of the following compounds is not liable to be synthesized?
a)[CO(NH3)4CO3]NO3
b)Mn2O3
c)VO3
d)NH4SCN
e)Na[AuCl4]

Please, if someone knows , explain it. The answer is c.
