Solution question

I need to make a solution .5% Acetone in propanol in 500 mLs... is it .5 ml of acetone for every 100 mls of ipa???

Depends an whether it is % w/w, w/v or v/v. And more like 0.5 per 99.5 of ipa.

Not that it matters much.
