Hello,
Anyone familiar with a technique to metallation of octaethylporphyrin to yield nickel octaethylporphyrin?

Never worked with porphrin's myself, but have done a lot of work with phthalocyanine's. Usually to metallate, reflux in quinoline with the desired metal acetate.
