Can somebody help me ...
1) How to write the equation for the preparation of gaseous potassium from the reaction of liquid sodium and liquid potassium
Is it looks like this ??
Na + KCl -----------> K(g)-

Liquid sodium with liquid potassium? Actually, the gaseous potassium is prepared by reacting liquid sodium metal with molten potassium
chloride
. Anyway, the equation would just be this:
Na (l) + KCl (l) ----> K(g) + NaCl (l)
