Could some one tell me how to name this heterocyclic compund i even tried alot to name it but i couldnt

Does the R group represent CH₃?

what ever R is it doesnot matter consider it is CH3 as u say it wouldnt differ alot.

2-methyl-1,2-dihydro[1,4]diazepino[2,1-b]quinazoline-3,7-dione

work backwards from that.
