Title: Cycloalkane with alkene branch nomenclature
Post by: darkv0id on August 18, 2012, 01:38:33 AM
Greetings everyone :)

I was wondering if someone could help me name the following cycloalkane.

(https://www.chemicalforums.com/proxy.php?request=http%3A%2F%2Ffarm8.staticflickr.com%2F7109%2F7806205052_2638f4df8e_m.jpg&hash=6df6304ba09d2dcda4f16ac2303a851e434e7656)

Also, can you verify if it's a cycloalkane at all, since it it has a sp2 hybridised carbon.

Help will be appreciated  ;D
