Substances that changes Color when coming in Contact with Liquid

Hey,
this is a Noob Question, i dont have anything to do with Chemistry i search for a substance that is:

- easily available and sold to everybody
- cheap (under 20 €)
- changes Color when coming into contact with Liquid

I need this in order to localize Water Intrusion inside a car, i want to able to spray or put it on Certain Places and somehow see that it has come into contact with liquid.

I dont know if there is even something like this out there that you can get relativly easy for cheap money. I did some searches and looked up some products but couldnt find anything.
