Title: 0.1-0.2 M Sodium bicarbonate buffer pH:8.3?

Good day
Does anyone know how I can prepare 0.1-0.2 M Sodium bicarbonate buffer pH:8.3?
I used buffer maker sofware and I did not get any answer, I think I entered data not properly, (I am not familiar with this software)
