Hi guys,
I know that "H" has energy of -0.5 by using the equation: E=-1/2n^2 where n=1 for the ground state energy for the hydrogen atom.
The question I don't seem to understand is why the energy of H^+ is 0?
Could someone please help me with this question, thank you!
