I'm a cell biologist that works with calcium. I've never been able to find an easy way to calculate free Ca2+ in an EGTA buffer. I would like to find a program that would allow me to calculate the free Ca2+ concentration, given the pH, [EGTA], and total [Ca2+] of the solution.
Is there something like this out there? Is this even possible?

If these don't work for you please contact me off-forum.

I am not aware of any serious restrictions of the full version.
