Title: 1 mechanism question and one retro synthesis question

hey guys.. im having some trouble trying to figure out these 2 problems.... any help would be greatly appreciated.. it feels like my professor doesnt teach me enough to know how to go about solving these, and i have o clue where to start.. thanks

Does N2 like to be bonded? Light will break that bond readily.

For the first one, that's a name reaction.

For the second, Albert, does Wolff-Kishner work on amides?  You could also just reduce it with LiAlH4, that will take an amide to an amine.
