In UV-VIS spectrophotometry I have 3 standards solution and a control. The preparation of them is the same. Calibration curve is from the 3 standards and I control back with control solution. The question is that:
Should I calculate specific absorbance average from 3 standards and 1 control or only from 3 standards?
Thank you.

Hard to follow everything, because you've used some jargon that's not apt. But that's ok, these definitions aren't written in stone. As a talking ppint, see if you can find sum reference for yourself that supports this plan.
You calibration curve is made of the three standards. They have a certain deviation. And you must determine if it is an acceptable deviation
Your control is separate. It also deviates from the standards. You must separately determine if this deviation is acceptable.
If all is acceptable, your system, method and technique are adequate for you to analyze an unknown and report it to a certain level of confidence
