Title: Support media for Strong Base Anion exchange resins.

Minor question. Given that strong base anion resins are regenerated with relatively strong caustic solution (mine cites 3 - 6 %), can regular support gravel withstand the caustic? Or is there a special refractory gravel able to resist attack from the solution?
