Title: Drawing Semi-Structural (Condensed) Formula
Post by: BAH0003 on July 04, 2019, 02:44:01 AM
Hi,

Had this question, if anyone can answer that would be great.

1. The semi-structural (condensed) formula for 4-methyl octane and 2,3-dimethyl pentane?

Thanks

Did you check your textbook or Wikipedia?

You’re textbook didn’t have a section on alkane structures?
Can you try and draw them, and maybe we can help? I believe it’s against the rules to just give you the answer. But I can help if you at least make an effort at it first
