It ist called thermal spraying.

I read the descriptions in the links. Thanks. That added a lot to my knowledge. But this seems different from what i read in those links. Here is another Video. And i will send you the link of this product too.

He paints some Chemical on a Highly Glossy Surface. Then Dries cure it with a heat gun. Then Uses a simple Plasma Torch  to turn it into chrome like surface. What might this be?
